In addition, you will monitor required documentation and handle staff incident reports and any escalated issues or concerns and oversee the team’s training and provide just-in-time performance coaching and feedback and ensure the team is correctly documenting Individuals’ progress.
  • You will work with your field team to understand and apply behavior modification techniques and protocols; emphasizing the Individual’s diagnosis and monitor the effective implementation of the individuals’ health plans and behavior modification plans.

There will be chats, C.A.R.E., & cheers:

  • In collaboration with other key leaders and stakeholders, you will prioritize, lead, and participate in all required training, and team and company meetings to further build knowledge and abilities across the organization, your teams, and within yourself to grow our family. • You will take ownership of your own behaviors, and coach others, in how to effectively demonstrate the company’s C.A.R.E. values (compassion, adaptability, respect, and empowerment).

You will provide timely recognition and regularly solicit and share performance and other related feedback – so your teams, peers, colleagues, and you personally can foster a high performing organization – “care enough to share” as we say in our family -- so we all learn and grow!
