We are seeking a field supervisor to join our team! The Field Supervisor will report to the Property Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring that all residential properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to Property Manager
- Inspect properties regularly to ensure they are well-maintained and meet quality standards
- Review weekly work schedules for the maintenance team for management's review; provide recommendations
- Assist in overseeing employee work schedules and work progress
- Ensure that all maintenance requests are completed promptly and to the satisfaction of tenants
- Enforce property and company rules and regulations
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
- Monitor expenses and prepare reports for the Regional Manager
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of property management operations
- Oversee and maintain inventory controls
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, property owners, and vendors
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Establish high property curb appeal by maintaining property appearance and cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential/multi-family property management
- Extensive experience in managing other employees
- Construction experience and knowledge
- Self-starter attitude that embraces various challenges and works to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Demonstrable leadership qualities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
