Thompson Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Field Services Senior Engineer III to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity and performance of construction projects through expert review, technical problem-solving, and materials engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Review construction materials testing reports and field inspection results for compliance with specifications and standards
• Resolve complex technical issues related to materials, construction methods, and site conditions
• Engineer concrete mix designs tailored to project requirements and environmental conditions
• Develop and oversee concrete repair strategies, including assessment, material selection, and implementation
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to communicate findings and recommendations
• Mentor junior engineers and field technicians, fostering best practices and technical excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's )
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction materials testing and field engineering
• Strong knowledge of ASTM, ACI, and other relevant standards
• Proven expertise in concrete mix design and repair engineering
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
