Are you a hands-on technical professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment? We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading global manufacturing technology organization and support advanced CNC fabricating machines across North America.
Location
Chicago, IL (100% travel role – Monday through Friday, home on Fridays)
Compensation
- $32–$36/hour
- Overtime + per diem

What You’ll Do
- Travel across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico to install, troubleshoot, service, and repair CNC machine tools
- Deliver high-quality technical service to ensure optimal machine performance
- Document machine conditions and provide continuous improvement recommendations
- Train customers on operation and maintenance for maximum productivity
- Act as a trusted service ambassador, partnering with customers to support their success
