Precision Pumping Systems has been a local and family-owned manufacturing business since 1972. To continue our growth, PPS is looking to increase our labor force to keep up with production demands from the sales of our increasingly popular packaged pump stations. We are searching for talented individuals to join our team!

Job Summary:

The Field Service Technician Support Specialist is responsible for receiving and administrating phone calls and emails from customers and PPS employees regarding service inquires. This person has at minimum an intermediate knowledge of control panels, drives, PLCs, pumps and can successfully resolve customer technical inquiries and reported failures. The position is self-directed and collaborative. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits.

Essential Job Functions:

• Administrate field support to customers by email or phone.
• Close field service job tickets.
• Invoice customers for completed jobs.
• Create financial reports from completed and closed jobs.
• Provide clerical assistance to Field Service Manager.
• Provide clerical assistance to Field Service Technicians.

Leadership Responsibilities:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
• The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• The position may involve lifting 55 pounds for short periods throughout the day.

Job Type and Hours:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, day shift or swing shift.
