Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial equipment maintenance and field service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in various environments. We are willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with industrial equipment.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on industrial machinery.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand equipment functionality and repair requirements.
• Build and assemble components as necessary for equipment repair or installation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role within manufacturing industry.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Familiarity with general industrial equipment repair practices.
• Ability to read and understand technical schematics related to equipment operation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
