To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.\n * Provide a technical service for both installation and de-installation of Ricoh Graphic Communication products, ensuring that project milestones for installations and de-installations are achieved efficiently meeting contractual obligations.

Ensuring customers are kept up to date on the progress made.\n * Responsible for the timely escalation of technical problems as specified within Service processes, to ensure the downtime of equipment is kept in a minimum.\n * To maximise revenue by identifying additional business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties. Ensuring these opportunities are reported through the correct channels.\n * Responsible to supporting the management of business relationships with customers and end users in order to maximise customer satisfaction.\n * Management and control of vehicle stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimise stock losses.\nYou will ideally have\n * Previous experience in a Field Technician role, preferably within the Production Print sector\n * Excellent technical knowledge of the full range of RGC product range\n * Excellent problem solving skills\n * Proven fault finding technique\n * Excellent knowledge of electrical/ mechanical engineering\n * Skilled in the use of electronical diagnostic tools\n * Good product knowledge\n * Proven fault finding technique\n * Ability to read and understand complex mechanical instructions\n * IT literate\n * Networking capabilities\n * Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills\n * Excellent knowledge of Company Service procedures\nWe are an equal opportunities employer\nWe are open to discussing adjustments to the recruitment process if needed.
