Crossroads Mobile Maintenance is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This is not your average 9-5 shop job-this role is 100% travel, responding wherever equipment is needed, often in post-storm environments. Essential Job Functions:

• Travel extensively to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, aerial equipment, and construction equipment, both on- and off-road.
• Respond quickly to storm-impacted areas, supporting critical operations and keeping equipment running in demanding conditions.
• Perform DOT inspections and maintain compliance with all company and customer safety policies.
• Work independently in the field while maintaining strong communication with the team.
• Complete accurate reporting, paperwork, and inspection documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience with hydraulic and electronic repairs.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and diagnostics.
• Your own basic tool inventory.
• The ability to work safely, productively, and independently-even in challenging weather and remote locations.
