About the Role

Our technicians perform routine and preventive maintenance on live seafood systems, ensuring clean, healthy water and proper system function. Tasks range from cleaning and water testing to light electrical, simple plumbing, and replacing small pumps or filters.
Advanced technicians handle refrigeration service and repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and system rebuilds. EPA HVAC-R certification is required for advanced roles.

What We’re Looking For

We’re hiring entry-level through experienced technicians.
If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working independently, we’ll provide paid, hands-on training and a clear growth path.
Ideal candidates are:

• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Comfortable driving regionally (PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV)
• Able to follow checklists and document work accurately
• Professional and courteous with customers
• Interested in marine life, aquariums, or mechanical systems
• Light electrical troubleshooting, Plumbing and aquarium skills but not required
