Key Responsibilities

• Upgrade advanced commercial printers at retail locations
• Replace printer components (paper feed, power supply, print head, toner drum, transfer belt, image unit)
• Perform complex upgrades and troubleshooting of printers, servers, hard drives, and monitor systems
• Provide on-site technical support for escalated issues
• Install and remove equipment and systems as required
• Ensure timely resolution of schedules and system issues
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for problem resolution
• Minimize customer downtime with cost-effective repairs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3+ years of field service experience with commercial printers
• Technical Skills:
• • Electro-mechanical aptitude
  • Commercial/large printer experience (Lexmark certification )
  • Windows OS, networking, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Tools: Rufus, Windows Server imaging, troubleshooting connectivity
• Other Requirements:
• • Valid state driver’s license (Real ID compliant), clean MVR, reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a retail environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
