Work Location: Niles MI 49120
Hourly Pay Rate: $20 - $21
Work Schedule: Flexible, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm with OT and On call as needed
Duration: 10/06/2025 to 01/03/2026 - CONTRACT-TO-HIRE
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience: 0-2 years
• Certifications or education: CompTIA A+
• Runs cases in the field out of their home
• Daily driving miles: 0-150 (Fuel re-imbursement)
• Should be located within 20 miles of Anderson, IN 46013
• Primary day-to-day responsibilities: Running break/fix / project cases for several types of clients
• TOP 2 required skills: Great customer service skills and break/fix printer experience
• Candidate review and interviews will start: ASAP
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
• Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
• Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Works under general supervision.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
