Title: Field Service Technician I
Location: Kansas City MO 64101 and surrounding area
Hourly Pay Rate: $18
Hours: Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm with an on call rotation for weekends and afterhours
Duration: 09/02/2025 to 11/30/2025 - CONTRACT-TO-HIRE
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years field service experience is needed, more is
- Certifications or education: A+ certified
- TOP 2 required skills: The ability to show up for work every day and on time, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically
- Reliable transportation
- Monday thru Friday 9am to 6pm with an on call rotation for weekends and afterhours
- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities: Field dispatch service for break fix calls including pc's, laptops, printers, and many other assorted products.
- How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Potentially up to 100 mi, but most days should be less
