Job Title: Field Service Technician I

Duration: 2-Months Contract to hire

 

Job Description:

Primarily field technician work being dispatched to customer sites.IT field technician tasks: driving to client sites and providing general IT support to multiple customers (retailers, banks, etc.), running break-fix and IMAC calls, and supporting clients, The level of support will vary depending on the customer but do expect printer, laptop, server, network, and other technology devices .

TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have:HW repair hands-on (printers, PCs, POS, etc.) break-fix, and familiar with the ticketing system .The work schedule for this position: M-F 9-6p during training then when ready to run calls Tues-Sat 9-6 -- will start each day at home. |

OC and OT: (no OT during training) OC reotation starts after competing all training and OEM certs.

Experience: 2-5 but we will train.

Certifications or education: A+ certification is good to have but not necessary, Lexmark certifications and experience are but not necessary, experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus, HP Dell Lenovo also desired but not necessary.

Miles per day: Varies, sometimes longer distances involved but mileage is compensated, covering Denver Metropolitan Area in some cases further north to Ft Collins. city, state, or zip? Arvada, CO 80002.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure. tech will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services to our clients, ensuring that all (SLAs) are met within the required 4 to 6-hour window.

This role requires extensive driving, efficient routing, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules.
