Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling and ventilation systems for residential and light commercial clients.
• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining technical issues and service options.
• Perform preventative maintenance and propose solutions for system improvements.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in HVAC service or installation required
• Current HVAC certification and valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
