We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician. Service responsibilities for providing on-site support and maintenance on HVAC Metal Fabrication Equipment and Systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance and repair of equipment at customers locations throughout the tri-state area; conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues; utilize diagnostic tools, including a multimeter to assess equipment functionality and troubleshoot electronics; provide technical support and training to customers on equipment operation; maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs and customer interactions; collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.

Skills: proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as a multimeter; strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of electrical systems; excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities; strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members; ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel to various job sites as required.
