As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring equipment operates smoothly and efficiently, providing top-notch service to our clients. Responsibilities

  • Complete hyrdraulic installations.
  • Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oil sampling and analysis.
  • Specialize in tubing and hose assemblies.
  • Perform start-ups after repairs and installations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification .
  • Previous fluid power experience .
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

You should be proficient in:

  • Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
  • Hydraulics Experience
