We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Field Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic injection molding machines and associated equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastic injection molding processes and equipment, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Commissioning: Set up and commission new plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues in molding equipment.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Documentation: Complete detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and parts requisitions.
• Travel: Travel to customer sites regularly (local, regional, or depending on role).
• Compliance: Adhere to safety standards, company policies, and customer site requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• • 1+ years of hands-on experience with field service.
  • Field service or in-plant technician experience .
  • Electrical troubleshooting and control systems experience highly desirable.
• Skills:
• • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools and measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of PLCs, servo motors, heaters, sensors, and control systems is a plus.
• Education:
• • Associate degree or technical diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field . Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Other Requirements:
• • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
