Field Service Technician – Fluid Process & Wastewater Equipment – Direct Hire
** $30-50 per hour plus O/T, bonus program, full benefits

NOTE: This position requires hands-on mechanical troubleshooting experience and willingness to travel to customer sites for installations and service work.
• $30-50 per hour plus O/T, Bonus program, full benefits
• Field-based role performing installation, maintenance, and precision overhauls on pumps, valves, agitators, and other rotating equipment
• Install and service fluid process equipment and wastewater systems including pumps, valves, piping, lift stations, mixers, and clarifiers
• Install mechanical seals, couplings, V-belts, bearing seals, relief valves, and other accessories both in-house and at customer sites
• Troubleshoot fluid process equipment problems and recommend repair or replacement solutions
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service work, repair parts, and pump operation
• Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on service tools and equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Overview:
• Perform precision overhauls, installation, and service of pumps, valves, agitators, and other rotating equipment
• Assist customers during new equipment startups and provide technical guidance
• Maintain service tools and equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
What You Need to Succeed:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance, repair, and installation
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise through on-the-job training/apprenticeship
• Valid driver’s license
