You’ll play a crucial role in helping people live at home and supporting them to lead better lives. Your work will have a direct impact on improving the quality of life for individuals in need—including supporting the NHS, hospitals and care homes to deliver essential services.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\n\nDeliver and install medical equipment across central Edinburgh.\nPerform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.\nLiaise with service centres and customers to ensure smooth operations.\nService and repair Drive DeVilbiss and competitor products\nPlan daily tasks for maximum efficiency\nTravel and stay away from home when required\nCommunicate effectively with internal teams and customers\nDeliver exceptional customer service\nHandle equipment safely and follow health & safety protocols\nMaintain van stock and complete accurate paperwork\nParticipate in the on-call rota\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n\nTraining will be provided for the right candidate.\n\nManual handling and driving skills – full UK driving license required\nEmotional resilience when working with vulnerable customers\nUnderstanding of infection control and inventory management\nFamiliarity with LOLER regulations and service administration\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in field service or technical roles (healthcare but not essential).\nA proactive, can-do attitude.\nDesirable (Training Provided):\n\nPAT Testing\nFirst Aid\nFire Warden certification\nWhy You'll Love Working With Us\n\nWe’re not sharing the salary just yet, but it’s competitive and worth talking about.
