Position Overview:
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in servicing, repairing, and maintaining printers, copiers, and other electromechanical equipment at client sites. You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment is operating at peak performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with a mechanical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair printers, copiers, and related office equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment upgrades
• Respond promptly to service calls and provide excellent customer support
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records
• Educate clients on equipment use and best practices
• Travel locally to client sites (company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursed)
