RPG Squarefoot Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our service team in Pennsylvania. We provide full training to help you install, troubleshoot, and repair large-format engineering printers and scanning equipment from top brands like HP, Xerox, and MUTO If you have experience with electronics, IT, auto repair, copiers, or general mechanical troubleshooting—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair wide-format printers, MFPs, and scanning systems on customer sites

  • Perform preventive maintenance and site surveys

  • Install, configure, and support print and scanning equipment in field environments

  • Work with construction firms, architects, engineers, and other technical clients

  • Troubleshoot basic networking and print-related IT issues

  • Conduct phone-based diagnostics and provide estimated time of arrival (ETA) before service visits

  • Maintain vehicle parts inventory and ensure company equipment is properly labeled

  • Document service calls, escalate when necessary, and return parts as required

  • Support other technicians and assist sales staff with technical knowledge

  • Stay current with manufacturer certifications and technical bulletins

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience repairing printers, IT hardware, or similar

  • Ability to read manuals, use tools, and follow repair procedures

  • Strong customer service skills and a self-motivated mindset

  • Valid driver’s license (PA/MD/VA) and clean driving record

  • Comfortable working independently in the field

But Not Required

  • Experience with large-format devices (HP, Xerox, KIP)

  • Trade school, A+ certification, or related technical education

  • Military or vocational background in electronics/mechanics
