Youre Not Just Managing Youre Doing.


Were hiring a Field Service Representative (FSR) Cabinet Installs to take full ownership of cabinet installations across assigned subdivisions. Youll lead subcontractors and installers, but more importantly, youll personally perform all final trim-out and punch work to ensure GSPs high standards are met on every job.

This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who thrives on responsibility, craftsmanship, and seeing a job through from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Manage assigned subdivisions from measurement through final warranty
  
  
• Perform on-site field measurements and cabinet layout validations
  
  
• Oversee installations by subcontractors and internal teams
  
  
• Select and manage subcontractors based on performance and availability
  
  
• Personally complete Final Trim-Out Service on every job:
  
  
  • Install shoe molding
    
    
  • Adjust doors/drawers
    
    
  • Perform touch-ups and detail finishing
    
    
  • Conduct a full final quality check
    
    
• Complete all punch work yourself: replacing damaged doors, drawers, and minor corrections
  
  
• Handle warranty service items through completion
  
  
• Communicate with builders and report unresolved issues to the Operations Manager
  
  

What You Bring


3+ years of cabinet installation or trim carpentry experience
Field-ready and physically capable of hands-on work
Highly organized and self-directed
Skilled at managing people and holding subs accountable
Clear communicator with high attention to detail
