Seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative to provide technical support, maintenance, and training for our products. The ideal candidate will assist customers in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining solutions. This role requires frequent travel to customer sites, technical expertise, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support for customers, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of products.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for product improvements.
- Document service activities, customer interactions, and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations.
- Assist with product installations and field testing.
- Travel frequently to customer locations, both domestically and internationally, as needed.
Requirements
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical or vocational training is .
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in industrial maintenance.
- Willingness to work second shift (Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts) and occasional overtime as needed.
