Summary
The Field Service Representative (FSR) reports directly to the Director of Operations or Maintenance Manager and is responsible for ensuring daily airworthiness of assigned aircraft in compliance with applicable regulations and corporate policies. Key responsibilities include pre and post flight inspections, daily maintenance and servicing, and communication with home base about any potential maintenance and or scheduling issues that may arise.
The Field Service Representative Supervisor ensures operational and personal readiness of the Customer Success Flight Operations pilot roster. They are responsible for daily administrative tasks, equipment and property accountability, and cross-functional support. They manage routine traffic with pilots, inter-organizational administrative personnel, and V-BAT customers to ensure mission readiness and personnel and aircraft reliability.
Essential Functions
- Ensure compliance with program-specific DST requirements.
- Prompt response and reporting within specified time frame to ensure customer needs are met.
- Communicating with management daily regarding status and schedule.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours will be dependent upon customer requirements on a two week on, two week off rotation. Hours of work will be determined by customer and travel needs, and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Travel
Travel is required as requested by customers and may be for an extended duration of time. Traveling includes overnight
stays outside of the standard working location.
Required Education and Experience
- At least three years experience with turboprop aircraft.
- At least one year experience with PT6 engines.
Education and Experience
- Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- Three (3) years' of King Air 350 experience.
- Three (3) years' of Pratt and Whitney PT6 experience.
Other Hiring Requirements
- Valid Drivers License.
- U.S. Citizenship status required.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a DOD TS level clearance.
- Must pass a DOT/FAA regulated drug.
