Field Service Mechanic

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMasterTech is on the search for experienced Field Service Mechanics in the Duluth, MN area.

The successful Heavy Equipment Mechanics will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of a diverse line of heavy equipment (construction, earth moving, mining, aerial, cranes, etc.) across the field service region. Mechanics will be dispatched from their home to various client locations. Service vehicle privileges are included.

Compensation:

• $35.00 - $50.00/hour, plus overtime after 8 hours/day.

• Service truck, gas card, company cell phone, laptop, etc.
  

Shift:

• Day shift, Monday to Friday.
  
• 8 to 12 hour days on average.
  

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
  
• Excellent understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  
• Proficient using scanners, OEM diagnostic software, and reading schematics.
  
• Experience working as a Field Mechanic is .
  
• Able to work independently, and able to communicate professionally with company clients/customers.
  
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record. CDL , though not required.
