Field Service Manager (Printer/Copier)

Purpose of the Position: To oversee Field Service support and provide proactive technical assistance to service technicians to insure an exceptional customer service experience. FSM is the main point of contact for escalated equipment/ accounts within assigned market area.

Novatech has an exciting opportunity for you as a Field Service Manager!

Your responsibilities:

· Assume all responsibility for company decisions in the eyes of the subordinates.

· Insure every person on your team understands service expectations as well as Job

· Description and expectation documentation.

· Prepare monthly one on one meetings to review performance, make improvement plans and take disciplinary action when necessary.

· Identify cost savings opportunities throughout the organization and make recommendations to Service Management for implementation

· Complete all required paperwork properly and timely.

· Keep digital files on all technicians, along with performance records.

· Daily/Weekly Service Reporting review and analysis: parts usage, mileage reporting, response time, daily call detail, TU call report, suspect service activity.

· Monthly review of territory integrity and workload per Technician per BEI

· Manage timecards of techs assigned to your team

· Perform audits when needed

· Monitor Tech time on calls and contact Techs as necessary

· Provide presales and post-sales support as needed

You’re Good at:

· Time management and excellent organizational skills

· Clear and concise communication

· Organizing a team, supervising, and training

· Great attention to detail

· Excellent leadership skills

 

 

You Bring to Novatech:

· 5 years’ experience servicing copiers and printers

· Previous management experience preferred

· An organized and detail-oriented nature

· A promotion of teamwork, customer service and positivity
