Your Role\n
As our Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of our Domestic Branch Business Plan. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing PPM performance and LOLER defect management
- Ensuring call-out responsiveness and first-time fix rates
- Championing our company values and commitment to quality
- Managing and supporting our Domestic Field workforce and subcontractors
- Focusing on Health and Safety, people development, and customer satisfaction
- Communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels

This role requires a full UK driving licence, as travel across the region will be part of your journey with us.
Working Hours\n
Enjoy a balanced work-life with our hours:

- Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM

What We’re Looking For\n
To thrive in this role, you should have:
\n
- \n
- Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service industry with transferable skills
- Relevant technical or management qualifications (desirable)
- NVQ Level 2 in Stairlifts (a plus!)
