HVAC & Plumbing Field Supervisor

Cook’s Heating & Air – Decatur, GA
Full-Time | $28 - $32HR  + Bonuses | Company Vehicle, PTO, Tuition Reimbursement

Job Overview

Cook’s Heating & Air is seeking a motivated Field Supervisor with expertise in HVAC and residential plumbing to lead a team of technicians and installers across our growing service territory. This leadership role requires hands-on technical skill, strong communication, and a commitment to job quality and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 4–6 HVAC/plumbing field technicians and installers

• Lead daily briefings and end-of-day reports

• Perform job site inspections for safety, quality, and code compliance

• Handle escalated customer service concerns and assist with troubleshooting

• Support field teams on HVAC and plumbing calls as needed

• Coordinate scheduling and communication with office dispatch

• Ensure accurate documentation of jobs, equipment, and vehicle logs

• Train and mentor new technicians on field standards and procedures

• Maintain tool inventory, safety gear, and vehicle professionalism

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC experience (service + install)

• Strong proficiency in residential plumbing (water heaters, toilets, faucets, disposals, leak detection)

• EPA 608 Certification required

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to coach, train, and supervise multiple crews

• Knowledge of Georgia codes and inspection standards a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Weekly Pay: $28-$32HR base + performance bonuses
