Your Mission & Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing Field Service Engineers.
  • Optimize Operations: Drive efficiency, improve response times, and ensure seamless service execution.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Be the Expert: Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, and support escalated service cases.
  • Customer Excellence: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring top-tier service delivery and long-term partnerships.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze service reports, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Travel & Collaborate: Visit customer sites, oversee major installations, and work closely with engineering and sales teams.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in Field Service, Engineering, or Industrial Equipment Maintenance.
  • A strong background in mechanical systems, PLCs, automation, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams.
  • A strategic mindset with experience in process improvement and service operations.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and customer-facing skills—you know how to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and occasionally internationally to support major projects.
