Field Service Lead
 Houston, TX
 Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Overtime & Some Weekends Required
 $19 – $21/hour + $50/month cell phone allowance
 Company vehicle provided (no mileage reimbursement or car allowance)

Position Overview

Fluid Service Technologies is seeking a Field Service Lead with at least 2 years of experience in both field service work and team leadership.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and training service technicians

• Scheduling and overseeing project execution

• Ensuring adequate staffing and coverage

• Providing on-site supervision and support

• Traveling to various job sites as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Technician and in a leadership role

• Reliable transportation (must be able to travel to job sites)

• Ability to work early hours, overtime, and some weekends

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Environment

• Steel toe boots and work pants are required

• Company vehicle provided for job-related travel
