Orion is partnered with a well-established business whose hub is based in Lancashire, which is recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to work in a CNC/Precision Machinery Environment!



Field Service Engineer Duties:



Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of CNC and Precision machinery



Electrical maintenance and service experience – Fault finding, using test equipment, power supply replacement



Perform planned maintenance activities to prevent equipment breakdowns



Experience with Fanuc and Okuma Controls an advantage



Comply with safety procedures and promote a safe working environment



Field Service Engineer Experience:



Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer in a CNC or Precision machinery environment



Electrical maintenance experience



Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues



Effective problem-solving skills



Knowledge of EDM Machinery

Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations
