Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workholding hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC equipment, electrical systems, troubleshooting, PLCs, panel building, ladder logic, and relay logic. This role involves building and installing our equipment on existing CNC machines and working closely with a cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and install hydraulic and pneumatic workholding systems on existing CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment and electrical systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs.
• Build and troubleshoot control panels, including ladder and relay logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Provide technical support and training to clients.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree, or experience in a related field.
• Proven experience in workholding hydraulics, pneumatics, CNC equipment, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Experience in panel building and understanding of ladder and relay logic.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CNC machines .
• Willingness to travel as required.
