Pay: $24–$29/hr (DOE) + Overtime + Full Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift (8 AM–5 PM)
Travel: Up to 80% (home most weekends)
Location: Orange County, CA (West Coast Region)

We’re adding a Field Service Engineer (FSE I) who’s ready to get hands-on, hit the road, and own their craft. If you love solving problems, meeting new people, and taking pride in a job well done, this role has your name all over it.

???? What You’ll Do

• Install, maintain, and repair medical, industrial, and A/V systems

• Troubleshoot down to the FRU (Field Replaceable Unit) level

• Travel throughout the West Coast for service calls (80% travel)

• Coordinate schedules, document work, and keep customers happy

• Be the face of Quest in hospitals, labs, and facilities across the region

⚙️ What You Bring

• 2+ years in field service, electrical, or mechanical repair

• Skilled with hand tools and diagnostic gear (multimeter, frequency counter, pressure meter)

• Understanding of A/V cabling (HDMI, Cat6, Coax, USB)

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, crawling, and standing for long periods

• Organized, customer-focused, and great with communication

• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email, service reporting)

• Experience with medical, optical, or imaging devices

• Familiar with Active Directory, SQL, or Wi-Fi configuration

• CompTIA A+ or technical certifications

• Prior work in hospital, lab, or cleanroom environments
