This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Field Service Engineer who enjoys fault-finding, customer interaction and working across varied sites.\n\nThis Field Service Engineer role offers autonomy, technical variety and long-term progression within a specialist industry.\n\nThe Role – Field Service EngineerAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, installation and commissioning of specialist water treatment systems across customer sites.\n\nA Field Service Engineer in this role will work on equipment including:\n\nReverse Osmosis (RO) systems\nUV disinfection systems\nWater softeners\nFiltration equipment\nChemical dosing systems\nChlorine dioxide systemsThe Field Service Engineer will be based from home, travelling directly to customer sites across London and the South East.\n\nKey Responsibilities – Field Service Engineer\nCarry out servicing, repairs, commissioning and installation work.\nDiagnose faults and complete effective troubleshooting.\nComplete site reports and technical documentation.\nSupport installation projects and customer technical queries.\nRepresent the business professionally on-site.\nWork independently whilst being supported by an experienced engineering teamCandidate Requirements – Field Service EngineerWe are keen to speak with any experienced or aspiring Field Service Engineer, particularly from:\n\nWater treatment or water hygiene (L8)\nCommercial plumbing or pipe fitting\nElectro-mechanical service engineering\nPumps, dosing systems or utilities\nBoiler servicing or similar technical field rolesTo be successful as a Field Service Engineer, you will need:\n\nStrong fault-finding and troubleshooting ability\nExcellent customer-facing communication skills\nFull UK driving licence\nFlexibility to travel with occasional overnight staysWhat’s on Offer for a Field Service Engineer?\n£30,000 – £40,000 basic salary\nCompany vehicle fuel card\nFull technical training and support\nLong-term career progression opportunities\nVaried and hands-on Field Service Engineer work\nStable and growing engineering environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Field Service Engineer looking to develop within a specialist and expanding industry, please get in touch with Bella from ReeVR talent or click APPLY NOW
