Field Service Engineer in Didcot
Job Description
Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and servicing of hot tubs to ensure optimal functionality and hygiene.
\n
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in hot tub systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
\n
• Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding maintenance practices, repairs, and safe usage of hot tubs.
\n
• Manage and organise your own service diary, scheduling appointments efficiently and prioritising workloads to meet customer needs and service deadlines.
\n
• Manage inventory of parts and tools required for service tasks.
\n
• Maintain accurate records of service schedules, customer interactions, and invoicing.
\n
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site and in transit.
\n
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\n
• Proven experience as a service engineer, preferably with specific experience in hot tubs, pools, or similar equipment.
\n
• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
\n
• Good physical condition, capable of handling tools and machinery and working in various weather conditions.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
• Professional certification in electrical or plumbing work is highly advantageous.
