Field Service Engineer – Canon Devices\n Location: London\n Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 Company Car, Pension & Additional Benefits\n Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent\n\nAre you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a background in Canon print technology? A well-established managed print and document solutions provider, recognised as a Canon Platinum Partner, is seeking a skilled professional to join their expanding service team in London.\n\nWe're seeking someone who lives either inside the M25 or \n\nThe Role:\n As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Canon MFDs, ImagePRESS, and Production Print devices. This role is perfect for a confident electromechanical troubleshooter who thrives on delivering first-time fix solutions and exceptional customer service.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDiagnose and repair Canon multifunctional and production print devices\n\nInstall and configure devices on client networks, including scan-to-email and scan-to-folder\n\nSet up and maintain Fiery controllers and associated software\n\nProvide both on-site and remote technical support\n\nMaintain accurate service records and update asset information\n\nDeliver a high standard of customer service, building strong client relationships\n\nEscalate unresolved technical issues appropriately and report recurring faults\n\nEnsure timely and effective ticket resolution in line with SLAs\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nCanon-certified or experienced with Canon MFD and Production Print equipment\n\nStrong knowledge of Fiery controllers and network integration\n\nExcellent fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilities\n\nCustomer-focused with strong communication skills\n\nOrganised and capable of working independently or within a team\n\nFull UK driving licence\n\nBased in or willing to travel throughout London, ideally located by the M25 \n\nWhat’s On Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary (£36,000 – £42,000)\n\nCompany car and fuel card\n\nPension scheme\n\nOngoing training and development\n\nSupportive and collaborative team environment\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business committed to high standards of service and technical excellence.\n\nApply now to take the next step in your career as a Canon Field Service Engineer
