Field Service Engineer - Water Purification Systems\n\nTerritory: Cambridgeshire\n\nAre you a hands-on engineer or technician ready to make a difference in the world of science and technology? Join a global leader in life sciences, supporting breakthrough research and discovery with cutting-edge lab solutions.\n\nWe're seeking a Field Service Engineer to support and service advanced benchtop water purification systems used in research, quality control, and analytical laboratories across Cambridgeshire. These include high-performance lab-grade systems designed to meet the rigorous needs of scientists and lab professionals.\n\nYour Role\n You'll be at the forefront of supporting customers across your region, ensuring their critical lab equipment performs flawlessly.
Your responsibilities will include:\n\nInstalling and validating high-spec water purification systems\nPerforming routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs\nDelivering outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships\nIdentifying opportunities for service contracts and lead generationThis is a fantastic opportunity whether you're an experienced engineer or someone starting out with a technical background looking to grow in a thriving, global organisation.\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nHNC (or higher) in Engineering or a Scientific discipline\nExperience in a lab, technical, mechanical or electrical environment\nA self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills\nConfident communicator with the ability to work independently\nFull UK driving license\nMust be based in CambridgeshireWhat's In It For You?\n We believe in recognising great performance and investing in our people.
