Field Service Engineer (Autoclaves) – Make an Impact Every Day



Are you ready to take your engineering skills on the road and make a real difference? We’re looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a dynamic team where your expertise and customer focus will shine.



Location



You must be located in the Cambridge area postcode with your immediate work area covering CB,NR,IP and PE postal codes.



We are happy to cross train from other electromechanical sectors such as Photocopier/Print and Coffee



What You’ll Do



* Deliver exceptional service by installing, repairing, and maintaining cutting-edge equipment at customer sites.



* Provide hands-on user training and ensure smooth operation of products.



* Keep accurate records and reports while following best-practice procedures.



* Be an ambassador for quality and innovation by promoting products and services.



About You



You’re not just technically skilled—you’re a problem solver with a passion for customer care. You’ll combine diagnostic ability with clear communication to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. A full driving license is essential.
