Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer| Manchester | Salary – up to £37000 | OTE £44000

Cherry Professional are currently working with a market leading Material Handling company. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their close knit and thriving team.



Responsibilities:



Diagnosing faults with machinery

Servicing and emergency repairs

Repairs as necessary to ensure hire equipment is fit for purpose

Mechanical & Electrical Repairs

Fault Finding

Perform regular maintenance and inspection

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Follow maintenance schedules and carry out routine servicing of machinery

Ideal Candidate:



A technical background from within Materials Handling or similar

Previous experience and qualifications from a similar role

Experience working on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems

Good attitude with the ability to stay motivated and productive

A customer focused perspective and approach

Work independently on sites in a safe manner taking into account both your own and other people’s safety
