About the role

This role joins our Field Engineering team working across London delivering fault-finding and repairs and ongoing maintenance for our dispenser systems and products. Your working location will change daily as you’ll be working across different customer sites to ensure that their BRITA systems are always working at their best, liaising with the Field Service planners to make best use of your time.

This role works in central London, operating on foot (spares are delivered directly to customer sites) to allow us to work where vans are impractical! Ideally you’ll be based in South London to fit in with our existing teams and provide coverage across the city.

To be successful in this role

You’ll be organised and reliable, someone who cares about doing things the right way and getting things done. Ideally you’ll have experience working with plumbing or electrical equipment or vending equipment, working in the field to cover maintenance or fault-finding and repairs. We’ll make sure you’re trained on our systems and technology, but you’ll need to be comfortable getting to grips with different locations and a variety of equipment types. Because all spares and work needs to be tracked, you’ll need to be have a basic degree of computer literacy to log jobs and keep records in order.


Collaboration and communication are absolutely at the heart of everything we do at BRITA, and this role is no exception as you will be working every day with customers, as well as talking to multiple teams across BRITA. You’ll be the face of BRITA for a lot of our customers, so being friendly and happy working in a variety of locations is a must.


As you’ll be working on jobs across multiple customer sites, you’ll need to be happy using public transport in central London. You’ll need to be able to pass the CSCS test and because of the nature of some of our customers you’ll need to undergo a DBS check as part of the hiring process.


What’s in it for you?

Annual salary of £28,257 + £3,000 location allowance

Salary rises to £29,952 at 6 months service
