They work on diverse projects ranging from historic landmarks to cutting-edge and commercial new builds; they thrive on variety and challenge.\n\nThe role\n\n * You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of their specialist systems across the South East and London.\n\n * Carrying out regular service inspections on existing installations to maintain optimum performance.\n\n * Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues\n\n * Replacing or repairing any defective components.\n\n * Building strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and satisfaction.\n\n * Maintaining accurate records of service activities and client interactions via the Company App.\n\n * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties on-site.\n\nRequirements from you\n\n * Proven experience in a similar technical role.\n\n * Basic electrical skills.\n\n * Absolute reliability, self-motivation and ability to work independently.\n\n * Tidy and organised working methods.\n\n * A great communicator and commitment to excellent customer service.\n\n * A desire to learn new skills and hard-working attitude.\n\n * Living at an accessible distance of our main offices in South East Oxfordshire.\n\n * Full clean driving licence essential and willingness to travel.\n\n * The role requires a DBS check.\n\nWhat they offer\n\n * Full in-house mentoring programme and industry training.\n\n * Career development.\n\n * Competitive salary.\n\n * Company pension.\n\n * Annual profit share.\n\n * Fully expensed and equipped company vehicle.\n\n * 25 days paid holiday plus all Bank Holidays.\n\n * Sick pay.\n\n * Opportunity for overtime.\n\nApplicants are advised that a full, clean driving licence and a DBS check is an absolute requirement for this position
