Responsibilities

  • Travel to client sites to install, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on systems to minimize downtime.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Train customers on product usage, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Document service reports, maintenance records, and customer interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical support teams to resolve complex problems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role in a technical support capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing equipment in the field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to various client sites.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
