The company thrives on a strong team ethic, where collaboration, initiative, and personal development are highly encouraged.\n\nThis role is perfect for someone who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n * Install, commission, service, and repair equipment at customer sites.\n\n * Conduct site surveys for new and existing installations.\n\n * Provide timely feedback on quality issues and sales opportunities.\n\n * Deliver technical support to customers and colleagues as needed.\n\n * Adhere to all relevant quality and health & safety standards.\n\n * Maintain accurate and prompt reporting of work carried out.\n\n * Represent the company professionally, promoting products and services where appropriate.\n\n * Extensive travel within the UK and occasionally may be asked to travel outside the UK.\n\nQualifications & Knowledge:\n\n * Valid Health & Safety certifications.\n\n * Relevant customer accreditations (e.g.
