Service Coordinator

We are actively seeking a Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our team.

Duties Include:

• Overseeing and Maintaining Route Maintenance Schedules
• Maintaining daily contact with Field Employees and tracking progress updates
• Communicating schedule changes and Priority Service Calls with Service Technicians
• Locating/Purchasing unknown parts and material
• Management of Service parts and inventory
• Data Entry and processing of daily paperwork
• Preparing Documents for LRS Field Employees and Service Technicians
• Processing Warranty Service Claims directly with Manufacturers

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Corporate Experience in a similar role
• Associates Degree or higher is . High-school Diploma/GED is mandatory
• Must have proficient computer skills and be comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have positive, up-beat demeanor and be able to work well with others in a fast paced environment

Compensation will be based on level of experience and qualifications.
