As a Service Dispatcher / Scheduler, you’ll work from our Colchester office helping technicians stay productive, customers stay informed, and jobs stay on schedule.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and adjust tech calls across Vermont
  
  
• Communicate clearly with field staff and customers
  
  
• Track parts needs, technician timing, and job urgency
  
  
• Handle daily changes with confidence and calm
  
  
• Support the team by solving problems before they become delays
