Field Sales Manager (Roofing)

Looking for an experienced Outside Sales/Canvassing Manager to hire, develop and oversee reps.

Duties:

• -Manager will interview and hire canvassers.
• -Manager will develop and train canvassers in the field.
• -Map out areas for your team to go door to door.

Qualifications:

• -Must have prior sales experience (a minimum of one year).
• -Must be clean cut and professional
• -Must have own vehicle
• -Must have great communication skills

Paid holidays, sick days and paid annual vacation. This a full time W-2 position.

Salary is $52,000 annually plus bonuses based on performance. Please apply to be considered. Start tomorrow.
