Job Description
Salary: £55k - £60K plus a great un-capped bonus structure + Car Allowance\n Contract: Full-time, Permanent\n \n This will be a mixture of home and field.\n \n About the Role\n\n We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Commercial Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities at the higher level, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within your assigned territory. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, and is confident in closing deals.\n \n This product is not in a saturated market.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n\nGenerate new business through field visits, Phone, Email and LinkedIn.\nStarting the commercial process of introduction, waiting for dates to tender for large contracts.\nConduct product presentations and demonstrations\nAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets\nMaintain accurate records of all sales activity\nProvide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships\nAlways represent the company professionallyAbout You\n\nProven experience in field sales in a B2B capacity.\nStrong communication, negotiation, and closing skills\nSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to sales\nComfortable working independently and managing your own schedule\nFull UK driving licence (or relevant local requirement)\nPositive attitude and a drive to succeedWhat We Offer\n\nCompetitive base salary + uncapped commission\nCar allowance (if applicable)\nLaptop, phone, and other tools required for the role\nOngoing training and development\nOpportunities for career progression \n \n£55,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance + Ote £80K + Un-Capped\nField sales Manager - Commercial
