Now, they’re looking to strengthen their UK sales force with a high-calibre Field Technical Sales Engineer who combines technical know-how with commercial flair.



The Role:



You’ll take ownership of your region (South), driving profitable growth by:

Developing existing customer relationships and securing new business opportunities



*



Visiting customer sites to understand applications and provide tailored technical solutions



*



Promoting a full suite of safety automation products, control systems, and training services



*



Preparing and delivering commercial and technical proposals with clarity and confidence



*



Becoming a trusted advisor to engineering, safety, and procurement professionals



What You’ll Bring:



*



A qualification in Electrical or Automation Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree level)



*



Strong electrical knowledge of machinery control systems and automation solutions



*



3+ years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in industrial automation or machine safety



*



Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and commercial skills



*



A proactive, consultative approach with the ability to manage a sales cycle end-to-end



Nice to Have:



*



City & Guilds in Machinery Safety (or equivalent)



*



Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems (e.g., C4C)
