Position Summary:

Holladay Distillery, America’s oldest distillery west of the Mississippi and one of the fastest-growing spirit companies in the U.S., is seeking a Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for driven professionals with some experience in sales, marketing, events, or brand activations who are ready to take their careers to the next level.

This role is a unique blend of sales execution, brand representation, and event activation. Representatives are the face of our brands in the field — building relationships with trade partners, executing sales and marketing programs, and engaging directly with consumers at tastings, festivals, and promotional events.

The position requires flexibility and energy, as hours often extend into evenings and weekends for activations. Regular travel is expected, both in the Missouri/Kansas market and across regional territories.

Essential Functions of the Position

• Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Holladay Distillery and its portfolio at consumer and trade events, tastings, and festivals.
• Drive sales by developing and maintaining relationships with distributors, key accounts, and on-premise partners.
• Execute marketing programs, promotions, and activations to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Conduct staff trainings and provide account-level education to support sell-through.
• Ensure flawless execution of point-of-sale materials, displays, and branded experiences.
• Deliver timely recaps, sales reports, and market insights to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Travel regularly to support regional markets and activations.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Collaborate closely with the Holladay Sales & Marketing team, distributor partners, and fellow representatives to ensure alignment and consistency in market execution.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture where collaboration, communication, and accountability are valued.
