Job Summary

The Field Marketing and Strategic Growth Specialist is responsible for driving market expansion, member growth, and product adoption across a broader range of agency and partner relationships — including but not limited to Farmers Insurance agencies — within an assigned territory. This role combines high-impact field marketing with business development and strategic planning to fuel aggressive organizational growth.

The Specialist will work closely with agency owners, financial services professionals, District Managers, and business development teams to promote a suite of consumer financial products, share products, and value-added services. Additionally, the Specialist will identify new agency opportunities, evaluate market potential, and execute scalable marketing campaigns and partnerships.

This position demands a forward-thinking, growth-driven individual who can manage complex marketing operations, influence stakeholders, and translate market data into action. The Specialist will also play a critical role in aligning field marketing activities with the organization’s strategic goals and core competencies. Travel is required up to 90% of the time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of agency and partner-focused marketing campaigns to drive loan, share, and service adoption.

  • Expand beyond Farmers agencies by identifying, targeting, and building relationships with additional agency partners and growth channels.

  • Analyze market and agency performance data to identify opportunities for growth, recommend improvements, and drive tactical execution.

  • Develop and implement aggressive strategic growth plans aligned with company goals and core competencies.

  • Organize and lead local events, including logistics, budgeting, staffing, and marketing support, ensuring campaigns are high-impact and cost-effective.

  • Provide regular data analysis and reporting on marketing outcomes, ROI, and member growth metrics.

  • Deliver dynamic presentations to District Managers, agencies, and partner networks at district meetings and other industry events.

  • Manage marketing collateral inventory and ensure timely distribution and cost-efficient fulfillment.

  • Conduct ongoing relationship management with agency stakeholders, District Managers, recruiters, and internal teams to coordinate activities and sustain engagement.

  • Coordinate educational and promotional events such as Financial Finesse seminars and community engagement initiatives.

  • Research, pilot, and implement alternative delivery channels to lower costs and increase outreach effectiveness.

  • Ensure all activities are aligned with safety, ergonomic, and compliance standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the broader goals of the department and organization.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree

  • Minimum two years of commission-based sales experience.

  • Experience in a consumer financial institution is a plus

  • Proven track record in consumer financial services, agency marketing, or retail financial products.

  • Ability to travel, up to 90% of the time.

Salary

  • $60,000-$70,000

  • Commission paid for prior months sales
